• We suggest using in your PM skincare routine, replacing your moisturiser.
• As the last step in your skincare routine, gently apply a pea-sized amount of Ceramide Serum and pat into the face and neck.
• We suggest using 2-3 times per week.

If you notice any irritation such as redness, itchiness or burning, rinse off and discontinue use. Please note, it can take up to 72 hours for a reaction to present itself.

To keep your product working at its best, we recommend storing in a dry, cool place (ideally between 59-77 °F) and keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid direct contact with eyes. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

HOW DO I INCORPORATE THIS INTO MY SKINCARE ROUTINE? In your PM routine, ensure your serums have absorbed and use this as the last step, replacing your moisturizer with Ceramide Serum.

CAN I USE CERAMIDE SERUM DURING THE DAY? There is nothing wrong with using Ceramide Serum during the day, however you’d need to allow this one 15-30 minutes to absorb to allow your moisturiser and SPF to layer well afterwards.  

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE IT? We recommend using it 2-3 times per week during your PM routine.

CAN I LAYER IT WITH OTHER INGREDIENTS? Yes! You can safely use it with all other ingredients both AM and PM. What products should I not layer together? >

CAN USE THE CERAMIDE SERUM INSTEAD OF A MOISTURISER? We actually recommend to replace your moisturiser with Ceramide Serum 2-3 nights a week to help hydrate dry skin. If you wanted to use daily, you would need to allow 15-30 minutes for Ceramide to absorb, and then follow with your moisturiser.

SHOULD I USE CERAMIDE SERUM OR DRY AND ROUGH SKIN SOLUTION WITH 10% UREA? Dry and Rough Skin Solution with 10% Urea is a specialized treatment that has been formulated for people with very dry, rough and flaky skin. For dry or dehydrated skin, just need a moisture boost we suggest our Ceramide Night Treatment or Peptide Moisturiser.

CAN YOU APPLY AN OIL AFTER CERAMIDE? Yes, you can lock in an extra layer of hydration by applying an oil after Ceramide. You’d just need to allow 15-30 minutes for Ceramide to absorb first, to ensure there are no layering issues.

IS CERAMIDE GOOD FOR ACNE-PRONE SKIN? Ceramide is great for any skin that needs relief from dry skin! If you are trying to overcome acne that has become dry, possibly due to an overuse of strong products, Ceramide would be great for you! The Ceramides will also help to rebuild your skins moisture barrier and reduce further irritation to your acne.  

WHAT ARE CERAMIDES? Ceramides are lipids (fats) that are found naturally in high concentrations in the upper layers of your skin. Up to 50% of skin\'s composition is made up by ceramides. They help hold skin together by forming a protective layer that keeps moisture loss to a minimum. Our Ceramide Night Treatment contains a 3% ceramide complex that works to protect, hydrate and plump skin.

WHY DO I NEED MORE CERAMIDES ON MY SKIN IF I MAKE THEM NATURALLY? Environmental and sun damage can age skin more rapidly and can deplete your skins natural ceramides over time. This can weaken skin resulting in dull, dehydrated, visibly aged skin.

WHERE IS THE CHOLESTEROL SOURCED FROM IN CERAMIDE NIGHT TREATMENT IF IT IS VEGAN? Cholesterol is used in skin care as an emulsifier. We use a synthetic cholesterol that is not animal derived.

WHAT IS THE PH LEVEL OF THIS PRODUCT? PH LEVEL: 6.0-7.0.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS? Products can take up to six weeks to show full results, due to the time it takes for your skin cells to turnover and the results of any products to reach the surface. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you’re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don't overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.
