Use AM and PM. After preferred cleanser and hydrator, massage a pea-sized amount of this urea moisturizer onto face and neck.

Follow with

SPF in your AM routine.

Avoid hot showers, and exfoliating scrubs - they can damage your skin barrier. Avoid layering with AHAs, BHAs or PHA Toner - use on alternate nights.

Holy grail!!!
I am prone to milia and this 10% urea is the only thing I've ever found that prevents them! There's no shea butter, which does cause milia on me. It feels thick an creamy out of the tube but spreads easily and soaks right in, leaving me moisturized but not greasy. I only use it in the AM because I use tretinoin at night. A little goes a really long way. I wash with a salicylic acid cleanser but have stopped all other acids and have the best results ever. There's nothing else like it, and if it is ever discontinued I'll be devastated!

Rash
I've always said my skin is the least sensitive skin on the planet, I can use anything and not break out of cause sensitivity. This product broke me out in the worst rash I've ever had. Tiny blisters all over my face, the texture was so unpleasant, everything was itchy, red and inflamed. If I'm breaking out, I can't imagine people with sensitive skin.
