When do I use Exosome-Hydro glow Serum in my routine? This is the second step in your routine to hydrate your skin - after cleansing and before your preferred treatments and moisturizers. For a glow-boosting combo, we recommend Omega Water Cream. Always finish with SPF in the AM routine.

Can I layer it with other products? Yes! You can safely use it with all other ingredients both AM and PM, including Retinol, exfoliating acids and Vitamin C

Do I use this with Hyaluronic acid, or instead of? You do not need to use Hyaluronic Acid Serum as well – Exosome Hydro-Glow Serum is perfect for those looking to really up their hydrate step as it is clinically proven to deeply hydrate. If you want to use both in your routine, you could use Hyaluronic Acid Serum in the morning and Exosome Hydro-glow Serum in your PM routine. However, if you want to use both at the same time, there is no harm - you can never have too much hydration!

What exosomes do we use and where are they derived from? We use plant derived exosomes from Cica Extract.

Are Exosomes safe? Completely safe. They are not an invasive ingredient so deliver results in a gentle and effective way. With this being said, as with all skincare, we would advise you to patch test the overall product prior to use.

Clinics use this after micro needling. Does this mean the serum version is not as effective? No - this ingredient can effectively penetrate the surface layers of the skin and act quickly and effectively without micro needling, as Exosomes are both tiny and biocompatible with our skin.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Yes, it is clinically proven to be suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

Can I use make-up on top of it? Yes. As with all skincare layering, we recommend leaving 30-60seconds between applying each product to allow the skincare to absorb.

Does it have SPF? No, this formula does not contain SPF. We recommend always applying SPF, such as our Polyglutamic Acid Dewy SPF30, as the final step in your AM skincare routine.

Is it non-comedogenic? Yes.

Is this product vegan? Yes! Exosome Hydro-glow Serum contains no animal derivatives and is now certified by The Vegan Society.

Can I use this with prescription medication? If you are taking prescription medication such as Roaccutane, please consult your Dermatologist/Doctor prior to use.

What is the PH level of this product? PH Level: 6.0-6.5

Why isn’t my Exosome Hydro-Glow product dispensing? Our Exosome Hydro-Glow packaging features an innovative airless pump system designed to keep your product fresh and contamination-free. If you're having trouble dispensing the product, try the following steps:
1. Tap & Shake – Tap the base on a hard surface and shake gently.
2. Clear the Nozzle – Make sure there’s no blockage.
3. Prime the Pump – Press down firmly 10–20 times.
4. Store Upright – This helps maintain pressure.
