Hyperpigmentation & Scar Routine | The INKEY List

This skincare routine can be used in both the AM & PM. However, only use the Scar, Mark & Wrinkle Solution with 1% Retinol in your PM routine. • CLEAN ; Gently massage a small raspberry-sized amount of Fulvic Acid Cleanser onto dampened face and neck for at least 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water.
• HYDRATE - Follow with a few drops of our hero hydrator Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
• TREAT - Apply a pea-sized amount of Advanced Retinal Serum and massage into to the face and neck. We recommend using this product every 5-7 days and gradually increasing to 2-3 days if your skin can tolerate this high percentage of Retinal.
• MOISTURISE - As your last step, massage a blueberry-sized amount of Omega Water Cream into face and neck.
• SPF - Apply SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

• FULVIC ACID CLEANSER - 150ml - Helps to improve the appearance of uneven skin tone whilst leaving skin feeling soft, cleansed and soothed
• HYALURONIC ACID SERUM - 30ml – Non-tacky hydrating serum for all skin types
• ADVANCED RETINAL SERUM - 15ml - reduce the appearance of marks, post-acne scar size, depth and discolouration and to help smooth out wrinkles.
• OMEGA WATER CREAM - 50ml - Oil-free moisturizer for oily, acne-prone skin

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS FROM THIS ROUTINE? Most users see visible improvement in skin tone and texture within 4 weeks of consistent use. For deeper acne scars and marks, continue use for 8-12 weeks for optimal results.

CAN I USE THIS ROUTINE IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN? Start slowly with the Advanced Retinal Serum - use every 5-7 days initially and gradually increase to 2-3 times per week as your skin builds tolerance. Always patch test before full application.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HYPERPIGMENTATION AND ACNE SCARS? Hyperpigmentation refers to dark spots caused by excess melanin production. Acne scars involve actual textural changes to the skin. This routine addresses both concerns through different mechanisms.

DO I NEED TO USE ALL FOUR PRODUCTS TOGETHER? While you can use individual products, the complete routine is formulated to work synergistically. The cleanser preps skin, serum provides hydration, retinal treats concerns, and moisturizer supports the renewal process.

SHOULD I USE SPF WITH THIS ROUTINE? Yes, SPF is essential, especially when using retinal. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every morning as the final step in your AM routine to protect newly renewed skin.

HOW DOES THIS COMPARE TO PROFESSIONAL TREATMENTS? This routine provides clinical-strength ingredients you can use at home. While results may take longer than in-office procedures, it's more gentle and cost-effective for long-term maintenance.

CAN I USE THIS ROUTINE WITH OTHER ACTIVE INGREDIENTS? Avoid using with other retinoids, vitamin C, or strong acids simultaneously. You can alternate these on different days or use them in your AM routine while using this system in the PM.
