    Did not work

    I was looking for something to help to firm my. under eye bags. This came up as a possible option.

    Unfortunately it did not work. The bags are no firmer than they were before.

    Hi Holly, thank you for your honest feedback - we're sorry the duo hasn't given you the firming results you were hoping for.
    We want to be upfront with you here - under-eye bags are often structural, caused by genetics, fluid retention or natural changes over time. Skincare can genuinely help with the look of puffiness and skin firmness, but it can't fully resolve true under-eye bags, and we'd never want to promise otherwise.
    That said, the eye area is also one of the slowest to show change — most people notice a real difference around the 8–12 week mark with consistent use, so if you're earlier than that it may still be on its way!
