The cleansing pad is very soft and feels nice on the skin. Easy to clean under warm running water. It's not so easy to remove mascara with it, but the rest of the makeup comes off well.

It was great. Loved the dual sides. But after a few uses and washes it was hard to clean and the oatmeal cleansing product cacked on. No matter how many times i washed it. Its possible this cleansing pad works better with cleansing products that arent oil based.

I tried this for the first time and am addicted. I wear heavy foundation along with lots of products, so this ensures my pallette is ready for my nighttime routine!!
