CAN I USE THIS IN A DOUBLE CLEANSE? Yes. Oat Cleansing Balm goes first—it's oil-based and melts away SPF and makeup. Follow with a gel or water-based such as Fulvic Acid Cleanser or Salicylic Acid Cleanser to remove any leftover residue.

DO I NEED A SECOND CLEANSER AFTER THIS? Nope. You can use it solo or follow with another cleanser if you like. Works for both AM and PM.

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? Yes. Colloidal Oatmeal helps calm irritation and reduce redness—ideal for sensitive skin types. Read more about sensitive skin >

IS IT GOOD FOR DRY SKIN? Definitely. This formula is made with dry, delicate skin in mind.

CAN I USE THIS IF I HAVE OILY SKIN? Yes, but it’s designed for dry/sensitive skin. If your skin’s oily and sensitive, you can rotate it with something like our Salicylic Acid Cleanser.

CAN THIS BE USED IF I HAVE ROSACEA OR ECZEMA? It can help, but always patch test first. Apply to your inner arm and wait 24–48 hours to check for a reaction.

CAN I USE IT AS A MASK? Yes. Apply during your second cleanse and leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing. Use 1–2 times a week for an extra hydration boost.

MY BALM IS TOO HARD TO SQUEEZE – WHAT DO I DO? It’s normal. This formula reacts to temperature. If it’s too solid, run the tube under warm water for 30–60 seconds to soften it.

MY BALM IS TOO RUNNY – IS THAT OKAY? Yes. Balms can soften in warmer temps. Shake it well before use. If it’s still too liquid, pop it in the fridge for 15–30 minutes and store it in a cool place.

HOW LONG TO SEE RESULTS? Give it up to six weeks. Skin takes time to renew. Stay consistent, but don’t overdo it—more isn’t better and can lead to sensitivity.

Brilliant stuff
Absolute game changer. I actually find it works better for me if I apply it like a balm to dry skin then massage warm wanter into it then wipe off with bamboo wash cloth

WORKS VERY WELL
This is wonderful. It removed all my waterproof makeup, liner, mascara, without irritation and without blurring my eyes.
I love the smell of this! It smells like paste. LOL

Excellent at makeup removal but formula is different now :(
I have been using this balm for a couple if years now and it works so well but unfortunately for whatever reason the formula recently changed and isn’t as thick and creamy as before. Now it feels more oily but still works like well to remove makeup and residue.
