I am extremely happy with the quality of the lip treatment and will be purchasing more! I also was very impressed with the updates on my product. This was shipped via USPS, and with any other company I have never received updates as detailed and accurate (if any at all) as I did with The Inkey List. I received emails and texts anytime there was an update made (packed, labeled, shipped, and delivered). I also ordered this less than a week ago and it was on Thanksgiving so I did not expect to get it as soon as I did. Cannot recommend them or this product enough!
