How to Use

Use AM and PM. Massage a raspberry-sized amount onto dry skin. Add warm water to emulsify, then rinse.

Follow with

Hydrator → treatments → moisturizer.

Finish with SPF in your AM routine.

Balm melts into oil on contact with skin—but can also melt in heat. Store in a cool, dry place (15–25°C). Keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid eyes. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

CAN I USE THIS IN A DOUBLE CLEANSE? Yes. Oat Cleansing Balm goes first—it's oil-based and melts away SPF and makeup. Follow with a gel or water-based such as Fulvic Acid Cleanser or Salicylic Acid Cleanser to remove any leftover residue.

DO I NEED A SECOND CLEANSER AFTER THIS? Nope. You can use it solo or follow with another cleanser if you like. Works for both AM and PM.

IS THIS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN? Yes. Colloidal Oatmeal helps calm irritation and reduce redness—ideal for sensitive skin types. Read more about sensitive skin >

IS IT GOOD FOR DRY SKIN? Definitely. This formula is made with dry, delicate skin in mind.

CAN I USE THIS IF I HAVE OILY SKIN? Yes, but it’s designed for dry/sensitive skin. If your skin’s oily and sensitive, you can rotate it with something like our Salicylic Acid Cleanser.

CAN THIS BE USED IF I HAVE ROSACEA OR ECZEMA? It can help, but always patch test first. Apply to your inner arm and wait 24–48 hours to check for a reaction.

CAN I USE IT AS A MASK? Yes. Apply during your second cleanse and leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing. Use 1–2 times a week for an extra hydration boost.

MY BALM IS TOO HARD TO SQUEEZE – WHAT DO I DO? It’s normal. This formula reacts to temperature. If it’s too solid, run the tube under warm water for 30–60 seconds to soften it.

MY BALM IS TOO RUNNY – IS THAT OKAY? Yes. Balms can soften in warmer temps. Shake it well before use. If it’s still too liquid, pop it in the fridge for 15–30 minutes and store it in a cool place.

HOW LONG TO SEE RESULTS? Give it up to six weeks. Skin takes time to renew. Stay consistent, but don’t overdo it—more isn’t better and can lead to sensitivity.

Crazy good
It took me a little while to adjust to the feel of this balm. It can feel like it needs a lot of rinsing off, but it doesn’t. I use it alone or as step one of a double cleanse. Either way, I love the results. I really feel like it gives my pores a deep clean every night by dissolving makeup and dirt readily. This is a great product.
